Part loads and groupage
Carrying several households on one vehicle? Each customer's goods need their own paperwork. We manage every consignment separately so one customer's missing document doesn't hold up the whole load.
Things your customers should know
• Apply for relief early. Transfer of Residence relief normally has to be claimed before the move, and each country has its own rules and forms.
• Some goods are restricted. Alcohol, tobacco, plants, food, firearms and some other items have extra rules and may not qualify for relief.
• New items may be treated differently. Relief generally covers goods your customer has already owned and used, not brand-new purchases.
